Refund policy

Because each skein is uniquely hand-dyed, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. If there’s an issue with craftsmanship or order fulfillment, we’re happy to replace the item at no cost with a similar or identical skein. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Digital products, including patterns, are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.
